This isn’t your average summit, it’s a celebration of ideas, artistry, and human connection. Over the course of three days, you'll dive into thought-provoking sessions, join collaborative workshops, and meet a passionate community of global citizens committed to building a more imaginative future.
As part of your summit experience, you'll also gain entry to a renowned arts festival launched a decade ago with seed funding from the Awesome Chapter that transforms 10 city blocks into a dynamic canvas of performances, installations, and immersive expression.

DAY 1: FRIDAY Feb 20
Orlando will help pick up people at the airport and shuttle them to the Summit hotel.
Connection Time: One of the best parts of an Awesome Summit is always meeting others from around the world that have similar goals, but operate with thoughts and processes unique to their situation. Friday will be a time to discover Awesome board members that you will want to talk with during the weekend. We’ll have some fun, some drinks and set up the weekend to meet each of our own needs best.
Day 2: Saturday Feb 21
Panel discussions, presentations and brainstorming with look at specific issues that many of us are dealing with.
We’ll end the day with a VIP dinner and entrance to the incredible IMMERSE Festival (ticket value $175, included in your Awesome registration)
Day 3: Sunday Feb 22
Final thoughts about some of the issued that rose to the surface and a look at the future of our movement.

where to stay
Hotel
February is a VERY popular time to come to Orlando so hotels aren’t cheap but we have a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Orlando. It is just blocks from the free circulator bus that can take you to our meeting locations and is also close enough to all the locations we’ll visit to walk if you would rather. The room block is good until January 21 and the rooms will probably be sold out by then or by the time of the Summit.
Home Billet
If you’d like free lodging in a volunteers home, that can be arranged, but it may require finding your own transportation to and from the Summit events at your own expense.

FAQ
How much does it cost?
The AweSummit has a ticket cost to partially offset food costs. Other than that, we recommend you budget for travel, hotel/Airbnb (unless you prefer home billeting), and some food/drinks during the weekend.
Do I have to attend all the events?
No - come to some or all of the weekend, but let us know if you will not be at meals.
Can I bring a +1 to the Saturday VIP dinner?
Bringing a guest should be fine, but we may need to charge an $85 fee - the VIP ticket normally costs $175.
